At Cocoa Skyn, we want your skincare journey to be effortless, starting with shipping. Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time
Standard Shipping
Shipping costs $9.95 flat to almost anywhere in Canada on orders under $125. Orders $125 and more ship free! Perfect excuse to treat yourself (or a friend).
*Please note: Due to higher carrier costs, flat-rate shipping does not apply to certain regions.
Orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and select Maritime or remote areas (such as Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and rural Nova Scotia/Quebec) may incur an additional shipping surcharge.
You’ll see any applicable rate automatically calculated at checkout before confirming your order.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (depending on your location).
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the studio . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pick up.
*In-Store pickup is currently available by appointment only on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. A link to book a pickup appointment will be included in the email notifying you that your order is ready.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
