ONLINE BOOKING

Cocoa Skyn requires a valid credit card to be placed on file to secure your appointment.  All appointments go through the secure booking site to ensure the utmost security for clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, rescheduled, or canceled with insufficient notice, I'm unable to fill the vacancy, causing a substantial impact on the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Cocoa Skyn, you are required to provide a minimum of 24-hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $50. No-show appointments will be charged a no-show fee of $100 and are required to complete this payment before another appointment can be made. Failure to pay any incurred fees or outstanding balances will lead to automatic termination of your relationship as a client.

LATE ARRIVALS

I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation.

CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY

Cocoa Skyn aims to provide guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Due to this, it is not always the most suitable environment for children. Unattended children are not permitted in the treatment room. In order to protect client privacy, guests are also not allowed in the treatment room without prior discussion with your skin therapist.

SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL

To ensure the most favorable outcome, I perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales and deposits are final.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

As your certified skin professional, I reserve the right to refuse services at my discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.

DUTY TO INFORM

Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Cocoa Skyn will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform me about any contraindicating conditions.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE POLICY

Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service due to a contraindicating condition, you will be referred to an appropriate physician for further follow up. When your situation has been resolved or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.
